I have an old standby pumpkin craft that is perfect for you!
All you need is some fabric, a stick and this important everyday item.
I made these with my class of three year old students.

It is that easy!
Here is what you need:
I roll of toilet paper
1/4 yard fabric or a fat quarter
Polyfill batting
1 stick from the yard
Ribbon and trim (I used orange raffia)
Fall berries or picks of some kind
Cut a square of fabric that is big enough to go around the roll of t.p.
Set the toilet paper in the center of the fabric square and
put a layer of batting all around the toilet paper.
Tuck the ends of the fabric into the center of the roll.
You may need to make a fold here and there.
This is such a fun craft.
I made oodles of them years ago and some are still around.
Some got sacrificed when we ran out of toilet paper.

Double win!
I almost had to raid the fall totes last week when we had the great toilet paper crisis of September 2013.
We only had a roll and a half left.
One of the bathrooms didn't have any toilet paper!!!
;)
I had this rusty color velveteen left over from pumpkin fest last year. It was only 50 cents at the thrift store.

These velvet pumpkins are all the rage this fall so I will be using all that I have of this fabric.
I hope you will give it a try.
